When you use BajaTik, we collect IP address and the URL of the video you request to download. This information is used only to:

• Process your download request
• Prevent abuse and enforce usage limits
• Improve service quality

We do not request or store names, email addresses, passwords or any personally identifiable information.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

We use minimal technical cookies necessary for the site to function and to remember your ad consent when applicable. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-bot service that does not track users.

3. Advertising

To keep the service free, we show ads through third-party ad networks. These networks may use cookies to personalize the ads you see.

4. Data retention

Downloaded files are automatically deleted from our servers within 5 minutes of being generated. Usage logs are kept in aggregate and anonymous form for statistical purposes.

5. Your rights

You can request deletion of any data associated with your IP by contacting us through the Telegram bot.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of any significant changes via a visible notice on the site.
