2. Service description

BajaTik is a technical tool that allows downloading publicly accessible videos from TikTok, Instagram and Twitter/X. The service is provided as is and as available.

We do not own the downloaded videos. All rights belong to their respective authors and platforms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for legal and personal purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute videos for commercial purposes without author permission
• Use the service to harass, defame or infringe on third-party rights
• Attempt to overload, hack or disrupt the service
• Use the service in automated mass ways (bots, scrapers)
• Resell or resell access to the service

4. Limitation of liability

BajaTik is not responsible for the content of downloaded videos or how users use them. The user is solely responsible for respecting copyright laws and the terms of service of the original platforms.

5. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

6. Technical limitations

We apply daily download limits per IP address to prevent abuse. Current limits are:

• 20 downloads per day per IP address

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the service operator.
